After the headquarters in Malmö was completed, it was time for Findus' test kitchen, also known as Bakfickan, to be finished. Here, in the heart of Findus, the chefs experiment and develop new recipes and cook meals that end up in cookbooks. Bakfickan is the creative kitchen that is anything but traditionally white. It is a kitchen that truly breathes proximity to the earth through robust material choices, old finds, and a lot of black accents.
