FULL INTERIOR CONCEPT
Residents of Lomma and Bjärred with surroundings have, for some years now, been delighted that the butcher has moved into the center. In a former bank premises, there is now a meat restaurant and delicatessen with fantastic food and ingredients for takeaway or a sit-down meal — a winning concept in creating a relaxing and dynamic environment.
The immediate success caused the restaurant to quickly run out of space. A new area was created by tearing down the wall to an airlock towards the square. The ceiling, windows, and walls received a new dark gray attire and have been complemented with the same white tiles found in other parts of the premises.
The new area houses flexible seating that can be easily rearranged depending on the size of the party.
At the other end of the premises, there is a new bar with a front clad in raw, dark-painted wooden slats and a countertop in hot-dip galvanized metal. The bar overhang was made of the same black expanded metal that recurs in other parts of the restaurant and contributes to the industrial character we were aiming for. At the butcher's, few turn away — a hot tip for those who have not yet tried this gem!
