When the founders of Sushi Rebellion came to us, there was no doubt that the aim was high regarding their new interior concept. And rightfully so - if you have a world champion in sushi preparation on your team, the interior should match the food. With a floor plan where the preparation is in focus, the kitchen got a central area where you can see the masterpieces being prepared.
