As part of Sushi Rebellion's expansion, it was time to design a new unit in Gärdet, Stockholm. The bar was set high regarding the concept. The creative and international tone of the food was meant to awaken all the customer's senses. Therefore, we aimed to create a creative yet calm environment that would highlight the unique culinary experience. The kitchen was given a central role, allowing guests to glimpse the creation process behind the dishes. With custom-made seating areas combined with soft, muted tones, natural materials, and world-class food, the result was a fantastic restaurant concept.
