In direct connection to Trelleborgshem's office, a decision was made to build rental apartments with a showroom for selecting options for Trelleborgshem's properties. We were given "free hands" for the showroom, which we eagerly accepted. Our ambition was to create a new customer experience, something unexpected yet trustworthy. We wanted to work with genuine materials with an industrial feeling, which we felt was in line with a property company. Therefore, we left the concrete foundations unpainted, used corrugated metal for the reception desk, exposed ceiling installations, and glass partitions with steel grilles.
