FULL INTERIOR CONCEPT
When Skandia Fastigheter acquired one of the older buildings of Kockums Mekaniska in the Västra Hamnen district, there was a clear vision to preserve historical architectural elements and blend them with a modern office environment.
Rumrum has been responsible for designing the reimagination of the public spaces of the property, crafting them into forward-thinking office environments.
Taking into consideration the people who inhabit the property, the spaces were carefully developed, drawing inspiration from a color palette by Le Corbusier and greenery. The interior design is raw and industrial, with elements from the older industry preserved and intended to harmonize with an open green environment that gradually emerges.
